Registering for Online Services

To register for our online services, Patient Access, you will need to complete a Register for Online Services form.  Once we receive your form, we will contact you through email requesting two forms of identification. One of these items should include your photograph.

We will then issue you a username and password.

Once you are registered you will be able to use the service to:

  • Order your repeat prescriptions
  • Make an appointment

Please note: you do not need to register in order to use the forms on our website.

You only need to register in order to use Patient Access.
