Practice Closed Between 4th – 9th September – Open For Emergencies During This Time.

Between Friday 4th September – Wednesday 9th September (inclusive) the practice will be closed for routine matters due to a national IT system update.

During this time we will be unable to order any repeat medications or carry out any routine medical care.

Please ensure you have plenty of medication to cover you during this period prior to Thursday 3rd September.
