Glasgow and Clyde Weight Management Services target people with existing health conditions that will be improved by losing weight. Individuals with diabetes, heart disease or who have previously had a stroke and have a BMI of >30 can self refer to the weight management service.

12 Week Weight Management Programme
This programme has been designed for adults with a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or above, who want to be a healthier weight.

You’ll find delicious recipe and menu ideas at your local group, along with all the help you need to get started and reach your target weight.
Eating well during and after cancer treatment can make a real difference to the way you feel. Our nutrition workshops introduce you to types of food that are particularly good for you as well as the tastiest ways to enjoy them.

Weigh to Go
Weigh To Go (WTG) is a weight management service to help 12-18 yr olds manage/ loose weight. An initial assessment and ongoing support for the 24 week programme is provided by WTG Outreach Nurses who are part of the Youth Health Service Team. Participants can access free Commercial Weight Management and are encouraged to take part in physical activity.
