Live Active is a service designed to provide individuals with the support they require to increase their physical activity. From one on one consultations to supervised gym sessions in one of the many local authority leisure centres, your live active advisor will provide the required support to help you increase your activity.

Disabled Swimming Club
The disabled swimming club on Sundays from 14:00 until 15:00. Renfrew Victory Baths is an Edwardian 25 yard pool with a great sense of history and tradition. Wheelchair access and a pool hoist are available on request.

Dancing is a unique form of exercise because it provides the heart-healthy benefits of an aerobic exercise while also allowing you to engage in a social activity. Of all the physical activities, dancing involved the most mental effort. They meet Tuesdays 19:30 to 21:30.
