Instead of listening to the music you become the music! Pound is a fun, exhilarating, full body workout. It combines cardio with yoga inspired moves using drumsticks. Pound is designed for all fitness levels in the perfect atmosphere for letting loose and getting energised.

Disabled Swimming Club

The disabled swimming club on Sundays from 14:00 until 15:00. Renfrew Victory Baths is an Edwardian 25 yard pool with a great sense of history and tradition. Wheelchair access and a pool hoist are available on request.

Line Dancing

Dancing is a unique form of exercise because it provides the heart-healthy benefits of an aerobic exercise while also allowing you to engage in a social activity. Of all the physical activities, dancing involved the most mental effort. They meet Tuesdays 19:30 to 21:30.
